Looking to archive your data from ServiceNow?

Are you moving to another ITSM platform and need your ServiceNow data for archival, retention or audit purposes?

We can help you archive your data from your ServiceNow instance to an external data store that lives in your cloud environment (such as a cloud SQL database running in AWS RDS, Google Cloud SQL or Microsoft Azure SQL or cloud storage like AWS S3) so you still have access to view this data as you start using your new ITSM platform.

With our services, the data will have a schema that matches the structure as it looks in ServiceNow's database and the records you archive will contain the same data as in your instance.

We'll also provide you with SQL queries to query for records and their related records. This way, you can run queries in your favorite SQL editor to see a record and its related information, such as viewing a specific incident record and all its related comments, work notes and attachments. You can also use this external database of your data to connect to your own reporting or interface (we can help you with this too).
